Right to Repair Study
The 2006 Right to Repair Study provides a summary of results from a survey conducted by Opinion Research Council about the availability of service information and diagnostic tools to repair shops. This study identifies the key areas where access to information is inadequate and analyzes the impact and cost tothe repair shops.
